If you're using the TV combinations, I just bought a pair from Shelley Peters that she made from the pattern. Before you cut your fabric check that the armhole openings are big enough and same with the cuff on the legs. I don't have extremely large legs but both were too tight for me. Also there isn't as much floofiness with the split opening so it was harder to open up. Not sure what can help there but possibly opening it up farther on the top? I would also add a little more fabric on its facings.
