The sick to my stomach was not entirely anxiety. I just now made it an hour with out getting sick. I guess whenever my body is not in perfect zen be it sick, or lack of sleep, I turn into a big baby mentally. Sorry to the ones who have to read my whining.
I didn't work on anything because of being sick. Hopefully tonight. I think I am going to call in sick. Don't feel well enough for the physical nature of my work.
