 I don't know what is up with the Typhoons.... We have yet another one upon us. At least this one is not going to be a direct hit. We will just get the winds and rain. I really should hit the food store and stock up on stuff I can make without electricity if we are going to keep getting hit like this. I also need to sew up a bunch of stuff so when/if the electicity goes out I have hand sewing I can do. Does anyone love the idea of hand sewing by candlelight. It gives me a happy feeling.  My other sewing list has been exhusted. So after class today I need to sit down and plot out what I am going to be doing next. Other then that nothing much new. LJ has been quiet this weekend. Or at least my list has been. Hope all is well with everyone!

I am trying to put Chris' costue before the Autumn dress so he can wear it for Halloween. I was going to make a poodle skirt for myself.... but the call of the Steampunk apron/outfit is starting to become hard to resist.... It would make a good Halloween costume. And it would be another costume I could wear to Costume Con.  Avien sort of convinced me when she said if I made it we could both wear ours to Costume Con..... Will have to talk to hubby to make sure he doesn't mind the possible need for more fabrics..... or... I could start going through my stash now and see if I have any that would work out.... that way when I ask him I can say I have these I only need these.... More pondering....
