I had a great mail day yesterday!

My picnic basket came in the mail. YAY! Hubby made me feel better. He told me even if I don't finish my dress I can still go on a picnic. Not sure why but that made me feel TONS better. I still want to finish the dress because that is where all the fun is going to be, but it made me feel better. I also think, he thinks I am am nuts. I kept squeeing over all the little details.

The second thing I got was a brooch I bought off of Etsy. Its Victorian inspired which probably means not very accurate but I like it, so that's all that matters right now. Until something different pops out at me I will be wearing this one with this outfit.

I may meet some resistance working today. Someone has claimed the dress. Hopefully I can coax him into my lap in exchange for the dress. :)
