I got to sew!!!

I finally got to sew last night. I finished up my mundane skirt, all except the zipper. The ruffles on this skirt were a pain in my rear!!!!!!!!!!!! I have decided heming on a curve is the devil. Of course the fact that my bobbin tension kept going out does not help. I was a grumpy camper.  But at last it is done!
I also started on the chemise. I think I have run into a snag with that though. I don't think the sleeves are long enough. So I will have to go and get some more fabric to make longer sleeves. While I am at it I am also going to make larger gussets and perhaps wider sleeves by a inch or two. Since a new week has begun which means school will claim me until Thursdayish it may be awhile until I get to sew again :(.
