(no subject)

Okay I am beyond frustated. I wanted to try making a cool webpage header.... not even sure of its real name.:( I have seen them on blogs, and webpages. Basicially a picture with their logo or title and often times links. All the cool kids have them and I want one too. Any advice
Or links or anything in the right direction would be appreciated.
