(no subject)

I got my copy of the Squals today. Inside was a Scholarship application. I am torn on whether or not to apply. Hubby and I have been squeaking by for awhile now. I always feel so bad about spending the money but Costume College is such a great source of inspiration for me. I think part of me doesn't feel like I desire to try, there has to be others who deserve it more...  Would love to hear others opinions.
