I don't feel I got a lot done this weekend but I know it was a very important steps.
- Deglazed and taped off my shoes. The taping part took me 2 and a half hours!!
- Black part of the shoes painted. I am giving them a couple days to dry thoroughly before I place tape on them for the silver parts.
- Made new pocket hoops
- Mock up for my Gala gown is complete!!!! I even did a second mock up in a poly taffeta I had in my stash to make sure things wouldn't change with the different fabric. My hope is during the week to figure out the beading pattern and to get it ready for beading.

- Kirtle top fashion layer pinned on. I even got a little bit of it whip-stitched while I was in the car.

Hehehehe thanks, I doing a victory boogie. This dress is intimidating! And it's a cut that is really unflattering on me but the embellishment will be awesome.
