Third day of Con

There were so many beautiful costumes. I was a little bitter with mine. But I can't really be to upset. I knew coming to this it was version  would not be the final version. I hate the corset instructions I followed. The corset will be completely scrapped for its bones and busks.  I really need to finish the bolero.  I am sure I looked pretty stupid without it but I wouldn't have had anything to wear if I didn't just wear it. I was also wearing sandals. My feet were dead so I needed to. Yea I suck!
 Avien's costumes on the other hand were all beautiful and/or fun!!!!!!!! She got stopped so many times for pictures. I was learning to dodge to get out of the way.

I remember feeling that way at my first year's worth of SCA events. So I tried to look on the bright side, everytime I went and there was someone with something really awesome, I either took a picture or took a quick sketch so that I could make something similar/better for the next time. This could be why I'm constantly making garb...
