I only got the boning channels that were near seams done. And my theory did not work. I guess the only thing to do to keep ditches on ditches is to do those by hand. Or loosen up and not care so much about it. HA!
I think it was a productive day even if that's all I got done seeing wise. I made my hubby clam chowder and garlic cheddar biscuits all from scratch for dinner. I also made cookie brownie bars. Really don't want to go back to work tomorrow, but it's only 3 days then I have 3 days off!

The only difference I did was I fried up 6 pieces of bacon and crumbled it up and added it also at the saute the onions and celery. I hope you like it!
