I stayed up much longer than I wanted to working on it, but the base of my underskirt is complete. I took it apart and repeated the back two times. Ugh! But happy I did because it is laying much better now. I am still not sure if I need to make a bustle of some sort or if just the petticoat will be good enough. I also really like the shape. Just don't know if its the correct one. :) have I mentioned yet this is my first, not just natural form but any Victorian shaped gown. Nothing like jumping in the deep end. :)
