I got in some unexpected sewing today...

Well altering if I'm honest. I have to have a lab coat for class tomorrow. Problem was if I went with one size I couldn't button the bottom due my big 'ol butt. If I went up a size I was swimming in it. Seriously! The sleeves alone went past my fingertips and I could give a 80s vibe with how it slid off my shoulders. So I bought the smaller size and put in some gussets. Thankfully my serger layed nice so it even looks like I bought it that way. Woo!!!
It may not be perfectly fitted but I'm so happy I don't have to look like a little kid playing dress up in her dad's lab coat or super self conscious because I can't even button it.

Hubby says I look smart which is sexy. So I put the goggles on for him *grin*
He said I couldn't share a pic with the glasses because it was too sexy and he doesn't share. I reminded him I had to wear them in class and he informed me I was guaranteed an "A" then. :)

I have experience with that problem too (big ole butt). Glad you found a solution! I'll have to keep that in mind for the next time.
