Was briefly trying to find more info on bathing corsets when I happened onto SEVERAL images of vintage bathing suits. The plans for mine have changed. Its not the one below because I already bought the Navy fabric, and can't justify getting more when its suppose to be a stash year. Plus its a bit later than I was planning on going.... But isn't this one just darling! I love it! The older I get the less repulsive pink becomes.
                                                       
I do think I am going to go with something like this though. I like the ruffle at the bottom of the skirt along with the sleeves. I also like the bow at the bottom of the collar point and that it has a belt so I will have a waist. YEA I have a plan! The only thing I haven't figured out yet is the standing ruffle at the neck. How and where exactly is it attached....
