llyrafantasyfae Trying to do a little research on the outfit and what I am pretty sure is a partlet is giving me a headache. From what I have read I am pretty sure it is a open falling ruff partlet. Alot like this one.
Except its not under the bodice. In the reference picture it is definitely on top of the bodice. I can't find any other pictures of it that way. All the other partlets I have found that go on the outside of the bodice look extremely different. Has anyone else seen something that looks like this pic but on the outside of the bodice?
