I am still alive but its my late week were nothing gets done. Bella from The Realm of Venus said the results from the ircc will be up on the 23rd. I will put up pics and share links then. I have definatly hit burnt out mood though. Don't want to do anything sewing wise. Which kind of sucks. A group is starting to discuss doing Disney princesses and as much as I like group stuff. This does not excite me. Not sure if its because I am just not thrilled by princesses or the burnt out funk. Ugh Mondays are so blah. Going to head to bed.

It's always good to take a break after a huge project. I like to finish UFOs, the silly little ones that I don't care about. I'm probably odd though because I have a ton of them and I don't think most people do but maybe there's something that just needs a hook and eye or a hem or buttons. But once again, I'm probably odd because finishing even little things makes me feel like tackling a big project again.

That's so funny about Disney princesses! I haven't heard anything about anyone else doing one and I've been seriously wanting to do a Cinderella ballgown. I just found a great fabric in my stash and I was really thinking of pulling it together for CostumeCon (or ComicCon or Costume College or...). And I might have company? That would be awesome and just might move the costume up in the queue. But if you get past the burnt out funk and it's still not interesting, maybe I can share some of my excitement. Cinderella isn't the only one I've been pondering... =)

I don't think I have any 'easy' UFOs. I should go through my bin though. I bet there are things in there I threw in there because they were to hard and they may not be as difficult now. Its frustrating because I want to do things... Just NOTHING sounds worth it.
dpcostumes is the group name. I know if worse comes to worse I can finally make the split skirt whole and on the Sleeping Beauty. And maybe fix the sleeves and overskirt thingie... or get over this funk and make something new and awesome....
