Goals for 2014

Even though I have made a list of goals for the past 4 years or so, that I hang in my sewing room, I never post them publicly. Mainly because I seldom get more than 3-4 of them done, and I am afraid of looking like a failure. Well I am trying something different this year. I am posting them to see if it acts as motivation.
Complete 4 UFOs, this year. That's one every 3 months, should be doable. It felt good to get 2 done this year. I want to continue clearing out my UFO bin.
Complete and Compete in two Sheer Madness Challenges this year. I've already finished one.
Finish 3 Retro styles by the end of the year, to incorporate into my everyday wardrobe.
Victorian explorer outfit complete by March, 21. That's a week before my birthday. That gives me a week or so before the event of leeway.
Victorian Fancy dress inspired Capt. America by WonderCon. Can you guess my favorite super hero? I had intended this to be my Gala gown last year but couldn't get all the parts together to do it properly so I put it aside.
Renaissance batman by the end of So. Cali faire season. I usually let things for my hubby go by the way-side. This is the first time he has been excited about a costume that I don't despise so I want to make it work.
Finish the cross stitch quilt by July. She'll turn one then so I think its a good goal and present.
Gala gown by Costume College. I swear this one will either be awesome or kill me. :)
I am sure other things will sneak in there but that's it for now. I would be very happy if I got each of those complete.
